The good months. October through May


Daytime highs in the 70s and low 80s, lows in the 50s and 60s, low humidity, and almost no rain. This is when the community's calendar fills with outdoor pickleball, golf, club events, and lanai dinners. It's also when home prices and rental rates run highest. snowbird demand peaks January through March.

The hard months. June through September


Highs near 90°F, dewpoints in the 70s, daily afternoon thunderstorms, and an active Atlantic hurricane season. Air conditioning runs nonstop, electric bills hit their peak, and outdoor activity shifts to early morning. Most full-time residents adjust fine. it's the trade for nine months of paradise.
